My life has always been focused on health and physical activity. Always, except for a short 18 year period where I forgot that part of myself. 

In college I played semi-pro soccer but after graduation I lost my way. A demanding work schedule and a busy family life gave way to fast food, lack of sleep, and just losing track of what mattered to me. 

Six years ago I truly saw myself - forty-something, overweight, and exhausted. At that moment I knew I had to make changes. 

I walked away from my demanding career to focus on my family and my health.

I started running. One mile led to five miles. Then eight miles. Then a half marathon. Then a marathon.

I committed myself to a life of health and wellness. 

That early morning run turned into a passion. I am proud to say that now I am running faster than I ever have in my life. My transformation into a sub-elite athlete has helped me discover a renewed energy for health and wellness and I am excited to share this passion with others.

Wellness at Your Fingertips

At Dynamic Coaching for Health, I aim to help all of my clients live the healthiest lives they can. In order to reach this goal, I offer a variety of services including a full health assessment and the positive reinforcement you need to make the necessary lifestyle changes to reach goals. In these sessions, I will meet individually with a client to discuss nutrition, healthy lifestyle, and opportunities for personal growth and improvement.  I will guide the client through a weekly plan, provide mentoring, and give strategies that encourages accountability. Sessions can be in person or virtual. 


Group Health Coaching is a cost effective way to engage with you and your friends or family in order to improve health and wellbeing.  I want to engage with clients in a way that is most comfortable to them and will bring them closer to a healthy lifestyle.  Group Health Coaching is a great way to get started on your health journey.


Whether you are just starting out, want to run a 5K, or push yourself in the marathon, I will create a training plan customized to meet your needs, meaning I meet you where YOU are at in your current fitness. Athlete coaching includes monthly training plans and a biweekly 15 minute phone consultation. Each plan is customized to your unique situation and personal goals.


The purpose of a pantry makeover is to help bring awareness to your current food choices, while making space for healthier alternatives. Health isn’t a destination – it’s a journey. Cleaning out your pantry can be an opportunity to get the whole family involved. Clients will send photos of their pantry to me in advance so I can prepare.  The session will last 2 hours.
